Successful 1st edition of the Selo mayonnaise days

On Aug. 23 and 24, several customers participated in the 1st edition of the Selo mayonnaise days. On both days there were presentations by both Selo and Bouwhuis Enthoven B.V., a tour of the workshop and of course live production with our batch system. We made two different types of mayonnaise; full fat mayonnaise and low fat mayonnaise. A super successful event that is definitely worth organizing again.
