As soon as a project has been approved, we assign the roll-out to a project team. The file with details and agreements is then transferred to the responsible project manager. He knows the ins and outs and is the central link between internal disciplines and external parties. The most important thing is that you as a customer have one contact person with an overview of the total project and access to all details.

Selo project managers are experienced in working with multiple internal and external parties and keeping everyone aligned on the route to a successful delivery. In addition to the project manager, there are various engineers in the team, such as a mechanical engineer, an electronic engineer and a software & automation engineer. The project manager monitors progress, takes care of the FAT, arranges delivery and installation, and ensures approved acceptance (SAT) and training of operators and your TD.
