Locate and resolve
Remote support is available for new and current installations. You must establish an internet connection with your installation and provide a modem. Our support team can of course advise you on this. Based on a subscription, we can then log in to locate failures and resolve them immediately if necessary. By installing a webcam, our programmer can watch remotely, which is even more effective in acute situations.
