Service Inside Sales Representative

What will you do as a Service Inside Sales Representative?
You liaise with customers all over the world. You will assist your colleagues in service by checking invoices and hours of service work, providing administrative support for service contracts and the article file. You will also handle spare parts requests and orders and check delivery times to ensure that all spare parts orders are shipped on the required date. It is a very varied, internal function. - Administrative support service coordinators
- Administrative support service contracts and article file

Your profile
For the position Service Inside Sales Representative, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate who feels like getting work done but is punctual. Experience is not necessarily necessary, as long as you are enthusiastic and have the will to learn things. To be successful in this role you will bring with you the following baggage:
- MBO working and thinking level (administrative)
- You are accurate and can work independently
- You are a team player with a sense of responsibility
- You think in solutions; your analytical skills and proactive attitude allow you to prioritize and shift gears quickly
- Experience with Office work packages and ERP systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- In addition to fluency in Dutch, good proficiency in English and German due to international clients and colleagues
