What will you do as Junior Sales Manager Meat & Vega?
As Junior Sales Manager Meat & Vega at Selo, you will be the point of contact for our meat & vega customers. You preferably have technical knowledge, but if you don't, we are willing to teach you everything that is important for this position. You will maintain independent contact with customers and develop and manage your customer base. You see it as a challenge to help customers find the right solutions and make appropriate offers. You start working in the office where we teach you all the ins and outs of the meat and vega market. Depending on your progress, you can take on a nice field sales role as a commercial talent. You take care of and coordinate various commercial activities and are creative and original in this. Of course, throughout this process, you work together with your Selo colleagues with the aim of offering customers the best feasible technical, commercial and technological solutions.
Duties and responsibilities
- Managing customer relations and contacts for (potential) customers
- Proactive contribution to sales and margin building activities
- Proactively representing Selo at trade shows and with customers
- Taking care of commercial activities
- Liaise with suppliers
- Independently set up quotations and solutions
- Record quotations and orders in ERP/CRM system
- Active role in marketing activities within Vega and Meat
- Active communication with After-sales for securing optimal customer loyalty
- Strive for a continuously improving, growing and profitable organization.
- Preparation of sketches and incorporation of machinery into floor plans

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following baggage:
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level
- Commercial talent
- A persuasive, entrepreneurial attitude
- Good organizational skills
- Computer knowledge MS Office ERP/CRM system (Knight)
- You have natural drive to want to learn and stay up-to-date on all necessary competencies, knowledge and skills required to perform your job to the best of your ability
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- You are able to read or willing to learn AutoCAD drawings
- In addition to fluency in Dutch, good proficiency in English and German, both verbal and written
- Driving license B
