Business Process Engineer

Do you get excited about optimizing business processes? Do you experience the added value of coming up with innovative solutions? Selo is looking for a Business Process Engineer due to the expansion of its capacity.
What will you do as a Business Process Engineer?
As a Business Process Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing and implementing improvements in business processes. These improvements go hand in hand with our ERP software Ridder IQ. In addition to ERP software, you will work with Business Intelligence software (Qlik sense) and automate business processes using Microsoft Office 365. You will work with various departments within Selo to identify bottlenecks, eliminate inefficiencies and develop new processes that improve effectiveness and productivity. You will also work closely with various departments to integrate and automate technology solutions to further optimize processes. In this role, you will work closely with our current Business Process Engineer, reporting directly to the Manger IT & Business Process Engineering.
Important aspects of your position
- Monitor the performance of optimized processes and make further improvements as needed.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Design improved processes and procedures that promote operational efficiency.
- Implement improvements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop training materials and train employees to adapt new processes.

Your profile
- A completed college-level education, preferably in the direction of Information Technology (IT), Technical Business Administration or Business Administration.
- Experience and knowledge of ERP software, preferably Knight IQ.
- Experience with and knowledge of BI software, preferably Qlik Sense.
- Affinity for technology, IT and/or digitization.
- Traits such as stress-resistant, solution-oriented, pragmatic, energy and focus.
- A good dose of perseverance and analytical acumen.
- A sociable person in dealing with co-workers and vendors.
- Relevant work experience is a requirement.
- Good verbal and written communication in both Dutch and English.
