WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A BUSINESS PROCESS ENGINEER
We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to analyze our processes, find an appropriate digital improvement to go with it and take the lead to integrate this solution within the organization.
In this position, you will work closely with our current Business Process Engineer as a staff body within Selo. You will be involved in automating, improving and setting up our organization more efficiently. You will do this by further developing our digital landscape (ERP, Office-365, PLM, EPLAN, SMAP and or BI).
IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF YOUR JOB
- Your work consists of internal (improvement) projects, which often start with writing a business case.
- Selo is a machine builder, we mainly talk in technical terms. Even in your job, it's easy to know what a "parts list" is, for example.
- Projects have deadlines, so planning and prioritizing is essential.
- Analytical insight is your very strongest attribute!
- The better you understand our business, the more focused you can provide solutions and advice.
- We work with the ERP package Ridder IQ.

YOUR PROFILE
- A completed education at HBO level, preferably in the direction of IT or (technical) business administration
- Affinity with technology, IT and/or digitization
- A socially adept person to deal with
- Relevant work experience but this is not a requirement. We also offer starters the opportunity to grow in this position
