On January 18 and 19, the 1st edition of the Selo Vega days took place. These were entirely devoted to the vega industry and plant-based meat substitutes. Among others, Willy Baalhuis and Maarten Schots gave a presentation about the possibilities of the machines and about the importance of maintenance of the machines. In addition, Studio Fava gave a presentation on the trends and developments in the field of vega and Selo Verpakking told a bit about the different casings that can be used for vega. With an attendance of 17 different companies and several requests for testing the machines, we can say that the 1st edition was successful! Would you also like to test on one of our machines? With the help of a process technologist from Seydelmann, Selo has shown that it can produce a wide range of products on the same machines previously used only for meat processing;
